The Pattonville Education Foundation recently awarded 13 grants totalling nearly $9,800 for innovative programs in Pattonville schools. The Pattonville Education Foundation is dedicated to serving Pattonville children and the Pattonville school community by providing funding to support innovative educational programs in Pattonville schools. Since its inception in 1994, the foundation has awarded more than 330 teacher grants worth more than $170,000. Major fund-raisers, such as the annual Dinner Dance Auction (coming on March 3), as well as gifts from individuals, corporations and businesses provide the financial support for the foundation’s work.

PHS hosts adult dance to benefit All Night Graduation Party

The Pattonville High School Class of 2012 will host its annual adult dance from 7 to 10 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 4 at the Maryland Heights Centre. The event will feature live music performed by The Accidentals (a band made up of several Pattonville High School teachers and other supporters) and raffles. Drinks and light snacks are included in the $25 admission price. Tickets can be purchased at the door or in the offices Pattonville High School, Rose Acres Elementary, Bridgeway Elementary, Drummond Elementary or Parkwood Elementary. Checks should be made payable to Pattonville High School.  All proceeds from this event will help to pay for this year's Graduation All-Night Party, which provides a fun, safe event for seniors to celebrate their graduation.
